Price Match Policy
Fletcher Bike Studio will match and beat the price of any local bike shop in the greater Houston area. Price matches are solely at the discretion of staff and do not apply to online deals. Proof such as an ad or a photo of a price tag is required to receive a price match.
Special Order Policy
All special orders are subject to a deposit equal to or greater than the shop's cost (including freight expenses), unless waived by an employee. This deposit must be paid in full before the order will be placed, and is forfeit if the order is not claimed and paid for 14 days after being received.
All bicycle sales are non-refundable and final. An exchange may be allowed at the discretion of the staff depending on the condition of the bicycle and the recency of the purchase (no more than seven days). If exchanged, the bicycle must be in "like new" condition with no damage or signs of wear.
All other items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and bear the original packaging. No cash refunds are allowed. Refunds are issued to credit/debit cards or as store credit.
Free service is provided to new bikes purchased in the last six months. This does not include the cost of parts or flat repair.
Bikes that are brought in muddy or exceptionally dirty may be subject to a $25 dirty bike surcharge.
Any bike left 14 days after the original service ticket will be subject to a $5/day storage fee.
Any bike left a full 30 days after the original service ticket will bill sold to recover labor and part costs.
All parts that are replaced or otherwise removed during service will be disposed of by the shop, unless otherwise instructed by the customer during the initial drop-off and ticketing.
