Sales & Service Policies


by shopping at or utilizing services offered by fletcher bike studio you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Service Policies

  1. Excessively dirty bikes may be subject to a $25 “dirty bike fee”, due to the extra time required for cleaning

  2. Bikes that are not picked up within 30 days of notification of completion of service/repair are subject to a $15 per day storage fee

  3. Bikes that have not been picked up past the 90 day mark of notification of service/repair completion are completely forfeited in ownership to Fletcher Bike Studio

  4. Free service is provided to new road/mountain bikes for 6 months after purchase, and 3 months for BMX bikes. This does not include the cost of parts or flat repair, and/or adjustments that are not derived from regular use. e.g. snapped/cracked frame, severely bent forks, etc.


Sales Policies

  1. All bicycle sales are non-refundable and final. An exchange may be allowed at the discretion of the staff depending on the condition of the bicycle and how recent the purchase (no more than seven days). If exchanged, the bicycle must be in "like new" condition with no damage or signs of wear.

    • All other items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and bear the original packaging. No cash refunds are allowed. Refunds are issued to credit/debit cards or as store credit.

  2. Fletcher Bike Studio will match and beat the price of any local bike shop in the greater Houston area. Price matches are solely at the discretion of staff and do not apply to online deals. Proof such as an ad or a photo of a price tag is required to receive a price match.
